VICE CHAIRPERSON – Carolyn Watley

During her over 30 year tenure with CBIZ, Carolyn has held many roles ranging from Office Manager to Manager of Corporate Accounts to Chief Facilitating Officer. In 2000, Carolyn became the President of CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Servcies in KC and currently holds the title of VP of Community Engagement.

In this capacity, Carolyn focuses on public-facing business development initiatives; board participation roles; and community stewardship.

Carolyn received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas.

Carolyn enjoys many civic and community roles including Board Chair of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce; KC Rising Steering Committee; KU Advancement Board; KCPS Foundation; First Tee Foundation, KC Campus for Animal Care and the KC MLB Urban Youth Academy.
