Patrick Mitchell

Patrick Mitchell is a Human Resource consultant with more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, recruiting, performance management, and employee engagement and retention. Trained as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Mitchell uses a strengths-based approach to improve employee engagement and performance in the workplace. In 2020, he earned certification as a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). In 2023, he completed the Chief Human Resource Officer executive education program at The Wharton School.

Mitchell received his undergraduate training in organizational leadership and his MBA in finance and management from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. He served on the Blue Springs Police Advisory Board from 2014 until June 2020.
