Timothy Jonkman

Timothy Jonkman is the Founder and President of Jonkman Construction Company which is a Kansas City based commercial construction company with a national presence. Tim is also the Founder and Principal of BAT Venture Capital along with being a Co-Founder and Board Member of Emerging Threats. Emerging Threats is an internet intelligence company with close ties to law enforcement of which Tim helped lead to a successful acquisition in 2015.

Tim graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. Upon graduation he worked for Bohnert Construction where he embraced the opportunity to build relationships and receive mentoring by the best of local construction and real estate developers.

Tim has been a member of the Kansas City Police Foundation Steering Committee concurrently of serving over 10 years as a Board Member of the Kansas City Police Athletic League (PAL). He is active in numerous other charitable organizations supporting his local community after residing in Kansas City for over 40 years. Tim is married to his wife Lana, they have three children; Ava (20), Gage (18), and Beau (13).
