Trey Humphrey

Trey is an Executive Vice President and Lockton’s Group General Counsel and Secretary. He is also a member of the Lockton, Inc., Board of Directors. Trey joined Lockton in 2000. In that time, in addition to being responsible for all legal matters affecting Lockton, Trey oversaw Lockton’s $170 million acquisition of Alexander Forbes Risk Services, now Lockton International; the divestiture of Lockton’s former lock\line business; the complete overhaul of Lockton’s ownership and capital structure; and the recent partnership with Creative Planning for Lockton’s former retirement services business. As part of Lockton’s perpetuationas a private company, Trey oversees a legal department of ten lawyers in the U.S., seven in the U.K., one in Hong Kong and one in Brazil.
