BOD – Jerry Reece

Jerry has 44 years of real estate brokerage experience, most recently as Chairman Emeritus of Reece and Nichols, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate.

In 1987, Jerry purchased the residential real estate of Kroh Brothers and renamed it J.D. Reece. In 2001 he sold the company to a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate.

Reece and Nichols Real Estate was formed in January 2002 with a merger of J.D. Reece Realtors and J.C. Nichols Residential Real Estate. Jerry served as the CEO until July 2013.

Jerry is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a B.S in Finance. He is a Vietnam veteran and a retired Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.
